Inspire 3 screen touch is not working

My Inspire 3 won’t respond when I try to swipe up and down or left to right.  I’ve tried resetting it but the buttons don’t work either.  I’m able to change the watch face through the app, but that’s all I can do.

Hi there, @Reneesuire. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is still not working. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@Bill_209 Thanks for your input!

If the screen or buttons can't be used to perform a Factory Reset of the device in an attempt to recover it, then it is defective.

If the device is less than one year old, return it to Google for a replacement under the Factory 1-year warranty.

Well, unfortunately it is 1 year and 2 months old, so the warranty isn’t an option.  Guess that’s the end of that.  Thanks so much for your response!
