Inspire 3 screen wake keeps turning off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every few days my Fitbit stops waking up the screen automatically when I lift my hand to read notifications.

i suspect that “auto wake up” keeps getting accidentally disabled as I keep finding it being off. That probably because it’s the very first setting and you can easily toggle it by just having Fitbit on your wrist all day.

Is there a way to somehow lock settings so it’s not so easy to toggle them?

Hi there, @l.mierzwa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand your concern. I will do my best to help you with this!

It sounds like your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode each time this happens.
When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Thanks for the tip but that’s not the problem I’m facing.

As I’ve mentioned my Fitbit has “auto wake up” disabled, it’s not in sleep mode. I still receive all the notifications but raising my arm to read them doesn’t wake up the screen.

”Auto wake up” toggle is the very first notification and I suspect it often keeps getting toggled accidentally. So what I’m looking for is a way to stop it from doing so.
