Inspire 3 side buttons causing crash

Pressing the side buttons on my inspire 3 causes it to vibrate, the screen flashes on and off and then it turns off after a few seconds . Pressing side buttons again allows it to restart but the problem recurs the next time the side buttons are pressed.

If I move my wrist to autowake the screen everything works as normal, until I press one of the side buttons.

I’ve reset the watch through the menu, and also force reset it by plugging in a holding buttons for 10 seconds. I’ve also updated the watch’s software (using app on my iPhone), and removed/re- paired  the watch with my phone.

In addition, I’ve just tried to use it to track a workout - starting the workout manually. As soon as the workout starts the usually display appears but it bounces up and down and then the watch turns off.

I recently have this issue too..  anyone can advise? Isit because of the update version cause this?
