My inspire 3 has been a disappointment in many ways, but the sleep tracking is absolutely pitiful. It was missing the beginning of my sleep cycle by two or three hours every day. Then I found out I could manually tell it "I'm sleeping", so I started doing that. It still doesn't detect my sleep until 12 or 1 am! I go to bed at about 10:30! My scores are usually in the fifties or sixties. They have a long way to go on this technology. On the positive side, it nails my heart rate.

Hi, @eustas1 welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have already seen it. You will see you need to be "at rest" for about an hour before the device records you are asleep. If you are a restless sleeper this may interrupt the process.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

To be curious, how tight is your wristband? Maybe is it too loose and not getting a good reading. This is just an guess on my part. I wear the large band and have it connected at the 6th hole from the top.
There is also a Normal and Sensitive device setting for sleep, have you experimented with those? Have you also set a sleep schedule on the App?
