Thank you. I have spent 3 hours tonight I installing, reinstalling turning things off and on again and eventually it's working!! No idea what I've pushed or done differently but I've got them back at last 😂😂

mine won't sync for two days i've been closing down the app, removed the app, done all the stuff they advise to do and still won't connect to my phone, i'm ready to throw it down the garden
