My Inspire 3 no longer receives notifications. The other settings do work and it does sync for steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. The Fitbit Android update was completed a few days ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App on my Android cellphone several times; I have restarted my Inspire 3 while charged and not charging; I have tried to single out specific App Notifications, rather than "mirroring" my phone; I have unpaired from Bluetooth, and then re-paired; I have confirmed that all the settings on my cellphone are correct for Notifications. All of these I have done multiple times. I initially thought there was a problem with my Inspire 3, but this Forum shows that it is not just me. Can Fitbit please solve this problem? Additionally, I have successfully received all notifications in the past, with the Fitbit App constantly installed; but now when I turn off Bluetooth, then immediately turn it on and press the "Inspire 3" "Paired device," the following message appears: ""An App is needed to use this device," even though the App is present and has been updated.

I suspect you'll be waiting for a while as Fitbit have been aware that multiple users are not receiving notifications. It appears to have started after a recent update............ If only they would roll things been to the older version all might be well.

I am having this same issue & I just updated to the latest version of the fitbit app, which I thought was supposed to fix this problem? I've been without notifications for almost a week now. Very frustrating!

Having this problem too! I tried everything today, even a factory reset to pair it all over again. Notifications are still busted. I'm fairly convinced it was the newest Android update.

Also having the same issue. I just recently purchased my Inspire 3 for the purpose of receiving my notifications. I'm pretty frustrated myself.

Same issue here, despite multiple restarts of both phone and Inspire 3 separately and at the same time, and multiple attempts to unpair and re-pair the devices. Definitely seems to be a software glitch which needs a central fix. Very frustrating.

So to everyone who finds/follows this thread, at least give this a shot ... because I unpaired and even factory reset my Inspire 3, but that didn't work.
This did:
The second I did that, notifications were back online. I hope that's helpful for everyone!
