I've noticed my Fitbit is no longer vibrating when I hit my target steps or to remind me to move. The notifications settings seem to be correct so I don't know what has happened. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi there, @aoifelynch. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not vibrating for any of its features, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Inspire 3 is in DND or Sleep Mode as any of these features will prevent your Inspire 3 from vibrating. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Thank you, I think it's fixed now. No idea how I'd turned on the sleep mode or the DND mode!
