Inspire 3 stopped working

I left my fitbit charging for a week. Now its not working. Nothing shows on the screen.

Thanks for letting us know about this situation. 

I suggest you try to restart your Inspire 3:

  1. Connect Inspire 3 to the charging cable. 
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds. Release the buttons. When your Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.
  3. If your charging cable doesn’t have a button, disconnect your device from the charging cable, pause for 1 second, then reconnect it. Repeat 3 times until it restarts.
  4. Then try to change the clock face.
