Inspire 3 - syncing problem

I've had several Fitbits since 2014. May 2023 I decided to try Inspire 3. Several times since May my Inspire 3 will not sync with the app. I've called customer support 3 times. Each time person has me go through several steps and I finally get my Inspire 3 to sync but it is SO frustrating. I have never had so many problems with my previous fitbits. Wish I never would have bought this. I don't like it. AT ALL

I also do not like the band. It gets caught in my hair and it is hard to take off and put on.

I regret purchasing this Inspire 3. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worse purchase ever, I would give it a 10.

Nothing is being done other than he basically directed me to go to the community board to air my complaints. He did not seem happy I complained to him. He said he helped me get my Inspire 3 to begin syncing again and I should  be happy that. Nothing he can do other than help me go through the process to uninstall, install app, take off Inspire 3 from app, get app back on iphone, add device....so on and so forth. This is the 3rd time since May. Ridiculous if you ask me. I am the customer and I should get more than what I got.

I'm considering another type of system.

Several days running my Inspire 3 refuses to synch. I do multiple restarts from the device itself, followed usually by  a long restart. Then these restarts are followed by a couple more device restarts. I am so sick and tired of this company, and it's failure to create bug-free activity tracking. I have had multiple models, Alta, One, Charge 3, Charge 5 and now an Inspire 3 since 2012. I am considering Garmin for my next tracker, as I have given up on the reliability and consistent tracking of Fitbit.

No reason to apologize. I have had mine 10 days and it doesn’t sync more days than it does. I’ve talked with support. It doesn’t help. I told them they need to take it off the market until they get the glitches worked out. I’m planning to return mine and try to find one that actually works.

I got mine through Amazon so I am returning it. It’s not worth the frustration. I’ve only had mine 10 days so far.

I have had my Inspire 3 almost a year and have the same problem ALL the time. It is so frustrating.

I strongly recommend returning it as I have the same problems all the time and mine is almost a year old.

Every couple of weeks my inspire 3 stops syncing and I have to go through many steps to get it working again.

Remove, reset and re-pair. It's very annoying and I lose several days of data each time.

Sounds like a common and ongoing issue... Come on Fitbit...
