Inspire 3 touchscreen isn't working

No reaction at all on touchscreen after a swim. Reset the Fitbit couple of times, holding sites for 10 sec while loading. It now for 3 days. Any suggestions how to solve?

It still connects to my iPhone and data is transmitted. But I can’t control it.

Hi, @Thijzzzz, welcome to the community, may I suggest you check your settings? Ensure the "waterlock" is not still engaged. If you tracked your swim via the exercise icon it will have been engaged automatically (the screen should indicate waterlock engaged). A firm double tap with the side of your thumb will disengage it.

Hello there, @Thijzzzz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 3 before reaching out. 

As a first approach, please follow @Gr4ndp4's suggestion. If that doesn't work, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
