Inspire 3 white screen

I bought an inspire 3 not even two months ago. This morning, I woke up and the screen is completely white. It will vibrate, but I cannot see anything on the screen.

I read some forums and followed the advice and restarting my Fitbit by pressing on the sides for various amounts of time. Nothing has worked so far.  The soft reset doesn't seem to be working.

Hi there, @Novashanti. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is still white. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've tried syncing it, resetting it and changing the watchface but it's
still not working. All I get is a glowing white screen.

@Novashanti Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have an Inspire 3 and report an unresponsive screen, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.

this sounds like a screen burn in witch normally happens on a amoled display witch the inspire 3 has this would of been caused by the screen being frozen on for a long time and then you noticing in the morning the inspire 3 might as well be replaced because repairs will cost more than the actual thing
