Hi. I recently returned from a holiday and cannot get my inspire 3 to change to proper time. It syncs no problem, everything else is up to date.  I’ve found the App settings to change clock face etc but can’t figure how to change the time? Any suggestions? Thanks

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

@Di55 it depends on whether you have an Android or iPhone. Here are the instructions for Android.

That came from the Help article I linked to above. If you need the instructions for iPhone instead, you can find them there.

Thanks for that. I actually have synced the watch. However I was not able to see where in the app I change the time zone? I’ve looked under every clock/alarm etc heading I can find. Do you know how to change the time zone? On my profile it is set to UK I’m not sure what else I can do.
Seems like it should be a simple task.
Thank you

Thanks for being here on the Fitbit community @Di55 for the first time.

I appreciate you shared the details regarding your inconvenience.

As mentioned @alexthecat, you can find the information in the same article linked above. But if you have an iPhone and it is still necessary, please follow these steps:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the today tab > your profile picture > App Settings > Time Zone.
  2. Turn off the Set Automatically option.
  3. Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.
