Inspire 3 won’t pair or be recognized

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. Right out of the box it will not pair. I tried doing every step they recommend and doesn’t work . The receipt was thrown out thinking this would be a quality product but I was very wrong . DO NOT BUY or take back immediately.

Try performing a Factory Reset, which almost always works when everything else fails:

  • Use phone settings to unpair the Inspire 3 device from the phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Put the Inspire 3 device into the charging cradle, confirm that it is charged to at least 30%, and then press/hold the two side buttons for at least 10 seconds
  • Confirm that the Inspire 3 is displaying a Fitbit logo and a message to download the app
  • Confirm that your phone has an Inspire 3 device showing up as an available BT device for pairing
  • Reinstall the app
  • Complete the device setup
