Hello,
my Fitbit has not been syncing for a while, it times out halfway. I have following the steps of resetting, making sure I have all updates, turning off Bluetooth etc and resorted to unpairing the device. It now will not pair again and gets stuck on the screen where you put in the code. I am out of ideas on what to do after restarting and updating everything multiple times. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi, @Cberrill2 , if you continue to have this issue I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Custmer Support using one of the options on Contact.Fitbit.com . They may be able to help you, or let you know alternative options.
I know it is a bit late for a device, but in case it helps others reading this, it is generally speaking not a good idea to remove a tracker that already is having trouble syncing - that just adds another level of complication!
