Inspire 3 won't show my settings app

There is no settings that show up on my inspire 3. Its says it should show up when you scroll down from the main clock but mine is not showing a settings app.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps. Then, please try accessing to the settings.

I tried this and it still is jot there. Its not updating the exercise preferences either so it would seem something is not working right.

@Dang93 Thanks for getting back and for the details provided in your post. 

To better assist you, may I know if you tried restarting your device with the charging cable and not by going into the settings? To perform a restart with the charging cable, follow the steps below:

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and the Fitbit logo appears, the tracker restarted.

If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Well i couldn’t restart it by going into the settings because there is no settings app on my device…

Mine also does not have the Settings app and my Auto Wake is turned off when I prefer it to be on.  I miss my Alta HR that last several years, survived a couple of snorkeling trips and never had any issues.
