Recently in the last few days, I’ve discovered that my watch is not connected to my phone’s Bluetooth. This means I’m not receiving notifications, whether texts, other apps, or phone calls. Of course the Bluetooth is and all of the interior Fitbit settings are correct, but for some reason my watch is not always connected anymore and I don’t know why. I do know this shouldn’t be the case! Thank you.

The first thing that I'd recommend trying is to restart the device. That doesn't always work, but that's a good place to start.
- Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
- Open the Settings app and then Restart Device and then Restart.

Hi there, @julesjmj. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Inspire 3. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
In addition to the tips and recommendations provided by @Bill_209, I'd recommend trying the following in the order listed:
- Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
- Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
- Set up your Fitbit device.
- If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
- Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

All right, I will look into these things starting first with the unpairing and repairing. Thank you.
