Inspire 3 won’t stop vibrating in right side

I can’t seem to figure out how to turn off the right side vibration. Whenever I move my wrist and touch the right side it vibrates. The only option on the settings of the inspire 3 for vibration is strong and normal. It seems there is not off function? I’ve turned off all notifications, I just can’t get the right side to stop vibrating when I accidentally touch it. Any help is appreciated!
