Fitbit was dead for a few days. I charged it 100%, the time/date is off and it won’t appear on my list of bluetooth devices. Things I have tried:
-Resetting the fitbit when it’s on and off the charger
-turning bluetooth on and off
- making sure all nearby bluetooth devices are off

Perform a Factory Reset on your device by putting it in your charging cradle and pressing/holding the two side buttons for at least 10 seconds. The device should display a Fitbit icon, with a message to download the app, and the Inspire 3 should show up on your phone as an available BT device to pair with.
After that has been confirmed, uninstall the app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, and then complete the setup process.

Hi there, @catburglarnami. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not showing the correct time. We're here to help you!
Before considering the factory reset as @Bill_209 has suggested, may I know if you already synced your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharged it, maybe your Inspire 3 just needs to sync to update the time.
If the syncing issues persist, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Inspire 3 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
I wouldn't suggest the factory reset without first trying the steps I'm providing above since this process deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
