inspire 3 has lost all data collected Apr 27 will not sync had data current through May 8

Hi, @kkkaren , first of all, don’t worry! Your Fitbit (in this case Inspire 3) will store basic data for 30 days, even if it doesn’t sync.
Sync issues are not unusual and often resolve themselves without your doing anything at all or making any changes, although I know they can be very frustrating.
If you find your Fitbit isn’t syncing, please carefully work through the steps outlined in this help article . (Except I personally never recommend removing your Fitbit from your account, because if connectivity is your problem, removing it only makes it less likely that it will reconnect - but Fitbit’s official advice differs from mine.)
