My Inspire 3 is also having constant sync issues. They started happening after an update about two months ago. I've been waiting for an update to fix it, but it hasn't been fixed yet.
I have to turn Bluetooth on/off and close and reopen the app for it to manually sync again.
This used to be a big problem where it wouldn't sync for days without manual intervention, then you fixed it with an app update towards the end of last year. It's been working great for a few months, then you broke it again with an update this year.
You need to fix it again please.
