My android phone says my Fitbit inspire 3 is not charged but my Fitbit says it is over 90 percent charged. I have tried to sync after force quiting the app, reconnecting to Bluetooth, restarting my Fitbit and both the app and devices are running the latest versions.
What do I try next

Hi there, @Juliejenn. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not syncing. I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Inspire 3 hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
