My inspire 3 will not sync, will not update, no data being recorded. Uninstalled, reinstalled no change.

If the issue persists, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Best AnswerI've been having trouble syncing since the last update. Really annoying. I have to turn on cell data on my phone and even then it takes several attempts.
Seems like with every Fitbit if it's not one annoying thing it's another. You'd think by the 3rd one they'd get it right.
Best AnswerThat is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not unpairing everything on my Bluetooth. I had to do to the dealer to get my phone paired with my car and I'm not unpairing it.
Try making a product that doesn't constantly glitch and require us to jump through all of these hoops and then still is glitchy.
Try just restarting your Inspire 3 device first. That resolved the sync issue for me when the app updated from V4.16 to V4.17.
