I have followed ALL of the help steps and my Inspire 3 will not sync to the app. The last time it did was last Tuesday. Any suggestions?

Yes, moderator, trying all the standard trouble shooting steps. Sometimes syncing happens hours later, when the app feels like it I suppose? Often doesn't match what device counts for hourly goals. Any chance fitbit will fix this?
Yes as can be seen from comments, lots of us have done all the troubleshooting steps. What is Fitbit doing to resolve the syncing issue? It’s impacting other apps which sync with Fitbit, including rewards I become entitled to. Looking forward to a response from Fitbit.

Best AnswerI got mine to sync! I sent a message via Facebook to Fitbit then while waiting for my reply I did these steps:
From my phone's Bluetooth menu I forgot the device, then my phone couldn't even find the Fitbit. Then from the Fitbit app I tried to pair, it was able to connect.
Maybe this will help someone! Also Fitbit does reply on Facebook so try that if you want someone to walk you through things!
I've just done it: 1) Went to Fitbit app. 2) Top-left where it has symbol of your Fitbit with % charged = tap on that. That has "Devices" & it said there was an update I needed to do whilst connecting my Fitbit to the charger. 3) I tried it without but it wouldn't do it so I got connected my Fitbit to the charger & phone nearby as instructed & it would update. 4) It has all syncd now, by itself as part of the update.
(Came here to for ideas what to do because mine hadn't sync'd for 2 days also. I purposely hadn't looked at the app because I didn't want to see how little sleep I had had before my shift at work as it would make me more tired).
