My Inspire 3 won’t update. Not sure what I can do?

Won't update the device firmware, or won't sync?

Hi there, @BennyRayEP. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not updating. We're here to help you! 

As @Bill_209 has asked you, may we know more details of your issue? Is your Inspire 3 not syncing or not updating the FW?
