This keeps happening on my Inspire 3 - wrong date. I've charged it, I've tried going through the various windows, can't find TODAY on the FitBit app to change date. This is the 3rd FitBit track I've had. Think this will be the last one...😡
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome back to the community forums @lightonfeet.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire 3.
Note that the date will be wrong if your Inspire 3 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time and date of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and select the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Tap your device image and Sync Now.
If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. See: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Also, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the firmware of your device:
