I am so frustrated with Inspire3. Bought it in Feb 2024, and it never worked well. Now it only logs steps. I followed all directions, I have emailed "support" multiple times - no one ever answers. No customer service whatsoever! Help, anyone?

Hi, @MariedeQuebec , I am sorry that you have had that experience! Maybe someone in the Community here can help you with your problem if you give us a little more information… Has your Inspire 3 ever logged sleep? Do you get “simplified sleep” - just details of awake/ asleep patterns - or do you get “sleep stages” (ever? Never?) where you get patterns of REM, deep etc? Is your heart rate recording consistently ?
Answers to these questions might help someone pinpoint the issue.
