Hi. This topic has been raised before but none of the suggested fixes have worked and I’m getting increasingly frustrated.
This all started when I tried to reset the data as the Inspire 3 has not been recording my heart rate data. It is now stuck on this ‘download the app’ start screen and no matter how many hard resets of the Fitbit, the app and my iPhone, toggling the Bluetooth off and on, I’m stuck with a Fitbit that now won’t start, won’t connect and is very close to being chucked in the bin. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi. I managed to fix it by adding the Inspire as a new device, which then replaced the existing one registered. I still have the original problem that it won’t record my heart rate saying there is ‘no data’.
