Limited Timer on Fitbit Inspire 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just received my brand new Fitbit Inspire 3, however the timer only goes up to an hour!

I used the timer of my Fitbit Inspire 2 daily for work and daily living! I need it. Is there a way to increase it? Very sad/dissapointed if not...

Hi, @Lady-Sophie , as you have noted the timer is for a maximum of one hour.  If you need something longer, you can use the alarm function instead.  The main difference is the alarm function does not have a countdown feature, otherwise it will have the same effect: it will alert you when a certain amount of time has passed.

If you feel that an extended timer function would be helpful, you could make this suggestion in the Product Feedback Forum where others can comment on, and vote for, your suggestion.  The forum is monitored by Fitbit moderators and the most popular suggestions are fed back to the engineering team.  The more votes, the more likely it is to be implemented.

Top tip: always do a search to see if someone else has already made the same or similar suggestion.  This will avoid splitting the vote and will keep the forum organised.

Since my Fitbit is always on my arm it is a far more effective reminder device than any other. To have my Fitbit remind or alert me to take some action three time a day would be very useful. I'm a new user to hope my comment is appropriate.

@Karaka your Fitbit can do that!  You just need to set an alarm, which you should be able to do on the Fitbit itself (depending on your device).  Unfortunately you cannot individually label alarms, but if you can manage to remember why you are getting the vibration on your wrist it can be very useful!
