Lines appearing on display and not working

  • Tried restarting 
  • Tried restarting while connected to charger 
  • Tried changing clock faces
  • Tried cleaning ports
  • Only had for 2 months and trying to get support or help is difficult.
  • My device is still under warranty so please can someone tell me how to send my device in for repair

Hi, @Chevonne , for all warranty issues please get in touch directly with Fitbit Customer Support via Contact.fitbit.com .  They will let you know your options.
