My FitBit Inspire 3 Isn't Pairing with Samsung S22

I was gifted the Inspire 3 which is an upgrade from the Charge 2 I've owned for five years. The Inspire 3 won't pair with my Samsung 22 phone. I've tried the following suggestions:

1. Shut down phone for 1-2 minutes.
2. Restarted my phone.
3. Connected it to its charger.
4. Removed my old Charge 2 from my FitBit app.
5. Cleared Cache and Force Stopped on my phone.
6. Disconnected/reconnected phone Bluetooth settings.
7. Ensured my Inspire 3 is near me.

I am stumped which is frustrating me. What am I missing? I keep hitting roadblocks of getting these same solutions that are not helping me.

@FitnessJacer , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for describing what you  already tried to setup the Inspire 3. 

Hace you also tried the other steps and tips described here?Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
