First I’m pretty unhappy with my Fitbit. If I hadn’t lost the packaging I would absolutely return it. I can’t track my workout on my phone. The sleep monitor is way off. I can’t add foods that I have eaten and I do have the correct plan that supposedly lets me do this. I have no idea what the stress management score is supposed to do. That all aside how in the world do I start my workout tracker then stop it at the end? Maybe also tell me why I don’t go to an Apple smart watch instead and just give up on this watch?

Hi, @Thomas371, welcome to the community. I'll provide links to the issues you talk about, the manual can be downloaded Here
To track your workout from the clock face screen on your Inspire 3 swipe left or right to Exercise>swipe up to & touch workout>under the start arrow you'll see a small chevron, swipe up to set a goal, switch on Heart zones & the always-on display. touch the start arrow to commence, once the exercise is in progress swipe up to see the pause button, if you touch the pause button you are presented with a finish button. Swipe sideways to return to the clock screen. Sync your Fitbit app to see the data on your phone.

Just saw your answer thank you but that didn’t answer how to track my workout on the app. I think I will return my Fitbit I don’t exercise with my glasses on so the watch is to small to see what I’m trying to do and there are way to many steps. This is not a user friendly device. If I were Fitbit I would spend way more time on how to streamline getting to features and activating them. Once you scroll to exercise for instance just tap to activate start have simple yes/no incase hit by mistake. Select again to pause / stop then yes/no that would allow the watch interface to be large enough for people with not so good eyesight. I picked this one not realizing how un-user friendly it was because I wanted a smaller watch.

Hi, @Bingotc, welcome to the community, as you've posted here I assume you have an "Inspire 3". This Video provides a comprehensive overview of the process. If you have another Fitbit device check out "Wearable Whisperer's" playlists to find your device.
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers

Been with Fitbit for years and it's getting more disappointing by the day. My Inspire 3 suddenly stopped tracking walks as exercise. I've followed every bit of instructions from this forum. Nothing works. This was a replacement for my last Fitbit that failed to turn on after an update. It seems these are all common issues but there is no way to get Live Support. Comments and replys always seem to be disabled when people are having the same issues. All we get is repeat instructions that we've already done. Does anyone know how to get Live tech support on an answer to the problem? Or is the answer the usual- go buy a new Fitbit, wait a few months, and then throw away yet another product. I know the answer is by an Apple Watch but I'm holding out some hope I can stick with Fitbit
