This morning my Inspire 3 has a different sleep timeline breakout. It shows only Awake, Restless, Asleep instead of the more detailed breakdown: Awake, Rem, Light, Deep. And the breakouts don't look like my typical sleep pattern.
PLEASE tell me this isn't permanent!!

@fpk473 Every user can get sleep patterns instead of sleep stages on occasion. The most common reason is that your Fitbit couldn't get a detailed heart rate recording. This isn't a permanent change. Please see this Help article for a more complete explanation.

Thank you. I did read the explanation for why I received that rating, and the only reason might have been a low battery. In all my years of wearing Fitbit, I never saw that reading before. I hope it was first and last. I rely on my sleep readings more than anything else.
