Yesterday, I received my new update for my Inspire 3 with a prompt to UPGRADE for a better sync experience. Why would I need to upgrade my syncing through Fitbit and not my Bluetooth? I chose no UPGRADE! Because I chose not to upgrade the invisible option, now every time I open my app, I receive an error message that unable to sync. I close app, reopen and voila, it syncs perfect! Also, my water consumption won’t sync unless I tap the ounces 3 times! THREE TIMES!

I discovered the problem with the water issue not syncing. I have 60 ounces as my goal. if I log less, it won’t sync and if I log more, it won’t sync without tapping ounces 3 times. However; if I log exactly my 60 ounce goal, it immediately syncs! Tested 5 times, same result all 5 times!
