Hi. I've been getting sleep scores for over a year. On December 12th it stopped showing a score even though it recorded my sleep. I haven't charged anything. I updated the firmware, though I think the problem started before that.
Please help!

Weird! Sounds like a problem. I rely on the sleep monitoring.

Not a lot of help here. I did a factory reset on the fitbit, uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, re-paired, and now I get a score.

No, it was stored online and showed up when I logged in again. Good luck.
