Notifications are not coming through my Inspire 3

I am new to Fitbit and for the past few days I have been trying to get my Inspire 3 to show notifications that's coming through my Xiaomi phone. However, it's been on and off. I tried restarting my device and phone but to no avail. Can you please help me ?

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not receiving notifications. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
