Just started today. No notifications will alert on my Inspire 3. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarted my phone and fitbit multiple times and nothing worked. DND and Sleep Mode are off so that isn't the issue.

Having the same issue, have restarted my phone and Fitbit multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and all of the notifications are turned on.

I have had the same issue literally spent almost 2 hours chatting with one of the fitbit specialists on chat and tired every trouble shooting problem they suggested with no result. She even said well that is all the stuff i can suggest. She said it has been passed on so I hope so as I did tell them it is not just me and all my stuff is new. So annoying as i rely on the notifications buzzing my watch. Hopefully they see these and get it fixed asap

Mine has been the same since my phone did an android update. It buzzes to tell me to move but notifications are not

I'm having the exact same issue and worked with support as well. It's good to know it's not just me but I really miss the notifications on my wrist

I got an email back there is meant to be a update coming anytime between now and the 29th so hopefully that sorts the problem

Having the same issue. Out of nowhere, it stopped sending the notifications. The main reason I got the watch was for this feature!!

I am having this exact issue, too, and it started after I updated my Fibit yesterday. I followed all the troubleshooting tips without any luck.

Ok I'm glad it's not just me! It's not buzzing OR showing me notifications if I swipe to the tab??? I've done all the restarting, uninstalling, re-pairing, etc that I can think of. Plus the chat isn't working from my app, which is how I landed here. Really hoping for an update to fix this soon 🤞🤞

I'm relieved to see it's not just me too. It started a few days ago and managed to make it work again by chance after multiple reboots of my Samsung S20 and my Inspire 3.
It worked for a couple of days but today the problem is back and this time there is no way to make it work anymore.
I guess we just have to wait for that update for the problem to be fixed.

I started getting notifications again 2 hours ago without doing anything on my end! Hopefully this issue is resolved now.🤞

Same issue. I bought the inspire 4 months ago and on Monday the notifications for text, email, teams, WhatsApp, music, phone, house camera all stopped showing up. Im am very disappointed. Essentially I paid for a glorified watch and step tracker at this point. It is not doing what it is described to do. I was on the phone with fitbit and they made me do unpair...pair..delete..restart so many things...same things I had already done. And still it does not work.

I have been struggling all day to try to sort this problem as my Fitbit has not been sending me notifications for days. I even restored it to factory settings with no success and now I have just discovered that I am far from the only person with this problem. Hopfully Fitbit will get it sorted as it is most frustrating.

I've gotten notifications to start working again a few times after this started happening, but it only lasts for a half a day or so. First time got the phone and watch too far away from each other (??), second time quitting it happened overnight, third time it just decided to up an quit sending notifications to the watch for no apparent reason.

Latest version of the app is to blame, with the previous version my inspire 3 is back to normal
