Notifications aren't vibrating.

I wasn’t getting notifications but then I fixed it. However I still may as well not be getting them because they’re not vibrating on my wrist. I have it at strong vibrations, always have, but it’s not translating to it now.

And now it’s back to not working again, at all I mean. Now I’m not getting the notifications coming through at all. In the past this happens, I have just restarted my device and that solved it but it’s not helping now. I hate these stupid devices.
