Notifications aren’t working on new Inspire 3

Is anyone else getting notifications on your inspire 3? I haven’t gotten a single one and I’ve had my phone blowing up right next to it. Also sometimes when scrolling through the watch, it’ll just turn the screen off and I have to double tap to turn it on again. That’s only happened a couple times

Please follow the recommended steps in our help article for this type of issues: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

 

About your Inspire 3 screen, it usually turns off after around 5 seconds but you can adjust the amount of time before the screen turns off or switches to the always-on display option. See Inspire 3 manual on page 20.
