My app finally updated this morning, but still no notifications and the watch is still having trouble staying connected to the phone. Also the app is still showing the same version as before the update. Anyone else update the app and still the issue is not fixed?

Someone posted this on one of the other posts and it seems to be working... for now. Hopefully it's fixed
In Fitbit app: disable all notifications
Restart your phone
In fitbit app: enable notifications
Sync the device
It should work. (I am also on 4.55.1)

Hi @Sfk24 and warm welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear about this issue regarding the syncing issue of your Inspire 3.
May I suggest you to read and follow the steps explained here? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Likewise I've got the latest version of the app on my Android phone this morning but despite rebooting, unpairing etc still not getting notifications through. Device syncs but no notifications work including the test call. Hopefully someone at Fitbit is listening.........

Tried, still the notification is not working. Might be a software bug.

Me too, it's so frustrating!!! I thought it was my Fitbit as I only changed to the Inspire 3 yesterday, but it sounds like a wider issue!

If you look at all the other posts including this one you will see that we have all tried everything. It can't be a coincidence that all of us are having the same issue. So I am personally getting tired of the cut and copy responses.

Hmm, makes it clear then, a software bug, hope it gets resolve in the upcoming update

Same here, tried the troubleshooting like 10 times, it does nothing. Clearly it's a software issue and that Android update can't come soon enough.

Is there another way to contact Fitbit since
we are being ignored here?

Another update 3rd day in a row and still no fix. Has anyone gotten an answer to this that's not just the automatic troubleshooting answer. Support wanted me to send them a bunch of screenshots to show all different things. I told them I am not the only one with this problem, but they insisted I follow the directions to get help.
