Premium unable to cancel subscription

Fitbit is scamming me for my money every month! It just doesn’t allow you to cancel my subscription and keep giving the same solution which isn’t working! Customer care keeps telling me to cancel via google play and my subscription isn’t listed under google play at all!

I have found a couple of posts earlier for which comments are turned off. I have raise this with live chat, customer care via email, etc. Does anyone know what I can do here please?

Thank you for sharing with me your situation not being able to cancel your subscription.

Just to confirm I will send you a link to an article where you can check the proper steps to cancel it. How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?

Thanks, but as I’ve mentioned Fitbit keeps asking me to cancel my
subscription from google play but I don’t see the Fitbit subscription under
google play. I’m very sure my google play is the same account as Fitbit.
Surely, you should accept an email or something else to cancel
subscription. I can see a few other posts with people having the same issue!
