Problem Moving to Google

I use a Samsung S23 with my Fitbit app. Because of a long-forgotten reason, I have 2 Fitbit accounts. The one I use I'll call FB1. The one I don't use I'll call FB2. In my past attempts to move to Google, I apparently moved FB2. I now cannot move FB1 because I get the "this Google account already used for another Fitbit account" message. It tells me to sign out of FB to start correcting the process, but I only get an option to sign in. How do I sign out? Even better, I should probably delete FB2 account since I don't want to use it and it has no historical data stored, but I'm worried that I'll delete FB1 by mistake. Suggestions on how to proceed? Note that I'm grandmother-aged and not illiterate when it comes to technology but definitely not a star so acronyms, etc. should be avoided if possible when responding.
