Questions: user issues vs firmware version

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire 3 firmware is currently 188.58  (if my glasses aren't deceiving me).  It got updated the same day I bought it, so about 3 weeks ago.

There is another update being announced for the past few weeks/months.

1) For those that started having issues, have those issues carried over from previous update to your current applied update or it started with the current applied update (which one)?

2) If someone suspects the issues are caused by the current applied update, how do we roll it back to the previous one and put on pause the update function?

3) Is there a list of reported issues available somewhere for each firmware release?

Hi, @Browser-Ice , once your Fitbit device is all set up, whether or not you update is entirely up to you.  When an update is available to you should see a pink arrow on the opening Today screen and the words “update available” .  Updates are always initially rolled out in small batches so that any emerging issues can be identified and addressed.  Unfortunately there is no facility for individuals to reverse any update that they choose to install.

Fitbit lists a very broad description for each update, which you can find in this help article .

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
