I just updated the app to the new redesigned Fitbit 4.0 yesterday and I hate it. I haven’t found a way to downgrade it.
In the old version of the app, I was able to customize the Home Screen so it only showed my steps and miles. I had removed the zone minutes and calories trackers. But I’m unable to remove them in the new app. They are unnecessary stats to me that just clutter the screen. Is there a way to remove it?

I agree! We need a means to delete or put in the background what we don't need!

@NeetiF @pat53078 The updated app has Focus themes for the Today area. They are: Get more active, Sleep better, Manage weight, Manage stress, Improve heart health, and Custom preset. You want to use the Custom preset. Tap on the pencil that is at the same level as the word Today. Swipe left until you find Custom preset and tap in the empty circle. Tap on the pencil in that box. You must put something in Metric #1. You can make Metric #2 distance and leave the others Off. Tap on Save
I hope this helps.
