That is the number you gave me July 17 when you promised me a replacement Fitbit. I never got one so I asked for a refund. Did not get that either. So what is happening. I think it is a shame that the Fitbit I got as a christmas present in 2023 only lasted 7 months. And nothing from you more than words claiming I was eligible for a replacement.
