I'm the owner of a 3 year old inspire 3. I'm very pleased with it, yet lately it has started to get less accurate and the charger has difficulty in connection.
I'm thinking about getting a new device.
Does any one know if there is any difference between the current inspire 3 to previous devices made in the past, like mine? Do they make them similar or materias/hardware etc have been changed over time?
Would anyone own the inspire 3 recommend to upgrad to 6 ?
Thanks,
Kim z

Hi @Kim.z been using my Inspire 3 for over a year and I wouldn't upgrade to anything! It does all I need and it's been quite reliable. Not sure it's changed since you purchased one, but usually Fitbit will say if changes were made. It's the same as my Luxe was material and hardware wise. Why not stick with something you already know. Lots of sales going on, too. Google is selling the Inspire 3 for $70 right now.

@Kim.z Hi. I've never seen that they make changes post production. I had three Versa 1's, and bought the Versa 2 after it was out a while and they already disabled downloading music, It still had the music feature on the watch. And the new ones all still didn't even have zone minutes. You'd likely have the same firmware on a new one out of the box, as your current one did.

I doubt the hardware has changed or they would call it the Inspire 4. There have been several firmware updates and a lot of people on this forum are not pleased with them (plenty of threads to read if you're curious.) It does what I need it to do so, for me, no upgrade to a "better" device is necessary. YMMV.
