Sleep and SPO2% not showing on Inspire3

Why doesn't my sleep, sleep score and SpO2% show on my Inspire 3?  I read through all the tips and still can't get it to show my sleeping info.

@SunsetRunner , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information. 

Do you see the SpO2 ans sleep records on the Fitbit app?

If so, in the app, do you see the sleep stages or the simplified sleep record (just awake and asleep time)?

@SunsetRunner , Thank you for your reply and confirmation. 

The fact that you have no records, is the cause that you don't see them on them on the Inspire 3. 

Do you see the green LEDs on the Inspire 3 blinking?
If not, please do as follows: 

Swipe down to see the Quick Setings.
Make sure that you have On wrist selected and not On Clip.

To change the setting just tap on it.
