Sleep data stopped showing up

I just started using my new Fitbit Inspire 3 in February. It tracked sleep well in March & April then stopped tracking in May. I looked around in settings & in the app and got it to load about almost 2 hours of sleep data (I slept the complete night) for the current day but nothing for the previous days in May. I did restart the device and it is fully charged. I am wearing it correctly.

Looking in this forum, I see many complaints about sleep data issues. 

Any suggestions on how to get the data from these five days to load? It did load data for exercise, heart rate, & other categories … just not sleep.

I admit that I don’t know how to set sleep hours as my sleep times sometimes vary. I have a generic setting of 10 pm to 8 am. I was wondering if that impacts data.

Do you see the sleep data that you're missing on the Fitbit online dashboard?
