I have been seeing sleep counted even when wide awake, including now deep sleep. Any solutions?

Thanks for sharing the question regarding your Inspire 3.

If you haven't moved for a while or for any reason your wrist isn't moving your heart rate can detect that you are asleep. If you are using it very tight or very loose, that could affects what the tracker is recording.
