hi, my sleep timeline only gives this even though it's more than 2 hours, may I know why?

Do you usually get sleep stages, and this night is an exception? if so, fitbit's standard answer is that they could not get a continuous heart rate reading. Maybe the watch just happened to slip around on your wrist. Maybe you had it looser than usual so it moved around or wasn't always against your skin. Any number of things like that.
If this wasn't just a one-night thing but the usual, consider the possibility that maybe it's an issue with your heart rhythm. It could be as simple as your heart skipping a beat occasionally or a more serious problem that you might want to mention to your doctor.

My wife never gets detailed sleep stage charts, or HRV and Breathing Rate heart metrics, using three different Inspire 3 devices.
Her heart rate charts are continuous, with no breaks for the most part, so band tightness is not the issue, but she does occasionally get heart rate readings in the low 40s.
My wife wore a heart monitoring device for the last two weeks to see what is going on with the low heart rate readings, but we don't have the results of that yet, so it will be very interesting to see if there are any HRV issues that may be causing this Inspire 3 performance issue.
