Two days In a row my sleep tracking was off. Yesterday, I woke up at 6:38 am. I took off my Fitbit. I put it back on at about 7:25. The app showed that I woke up at 7:27! Today, I woke up at 6:48 am and again removed my Fitbit. I put it back on at about 8. The Fitbit showed I woke up at 8:01. In both cases, I edited the wake up time to the correct time, I don't understand how the Fitbit can record sleep time when I am not even wearing the band.
The sleep tracking function appears to be riddled with bugs.
Every single day it adds additional sleep sessions if I am sitting down and working.
I have to delete them manually every single day but they keep popping up at least 3 times each before they are removed completely.
Now an additional glitch appeared today.
One of the erroneous sleep sessions cannot be deleted at all.
Any time I try to delete it I get the error message: Something has gone wrong.
Accurate sleep data affects other diagnostic functions particularly those they purport to gauge recovery.
Best AnswerSame thing happening here. Wake up around 640am each day but the tracking shows wake up time 30 or 40 min later!
